Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders are processed within 3 business days.  However, please allow 1-5 business days to process your order.  Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

​​DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  There's a flat rate for first items and additional charges for all additional items .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping as well.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chefao Brands is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please refer our refund and return policy. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chefao@chefabrands.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
